How long do custom builds take?

Typically 2–6 weeks depending on parts availability and queue depth. You’ll get a straight timeline before any deposit is taken — no overpromising.

Do you ship repairs?

Yes. Once we’ve talked through the issue and agreed on a plan, you can ship the unit in. We’ll sort return shipping details at that point.

Do you work on any pedal brand?

Most analog pedals, yes. Describe what you’ve got and what’s wrong — I’ll tell you upfront if it’s in scope or not. No wasted trips.

Can I request a specific circuit?

Absolutely. Reference sound, schematic, vague idea — all of it works as a starting point. Custom builds are what this is built for.

What about guitar setups?

By appointment. Mention your preferred action height and tuning when you reach out — it saves time and gets the conversation started right.

Is there a repair minimum?

Diagnosis comes first, always. I’ll tell you what it needs and what it costs before any work begins. No surprise invoices.
